– 2 minute pigeon R/2 min. L

– 4 minute adductor stretch on the wall
Strength
15 minutes:

– 2 cone: Dual KB carry w/5 deadlifts at each cone (15 total)

– Half kneeling DB Press x 8/8 

–  Step and OH throw to wall (slamball) x 5R/5L

– Dual DB Y Raise (DB start at thighs and raise in a Y shape above the eyes) x 10

– Alt. Push ups x 10
Work
2 sets of each, then back to top for 1 set of each:

2x: 2 cone slider pull/push w/5 push ups at each cone (10 total) + DB Hang clean (catch in squat) x 10

2x: Blue awning run + R. twists x 50

2x: 10-20-30-20-10
– Cross body mountain climbers
– FFE Jumping lunges
