Group Strength and Conditioning
OTL’s indoor classes are 1-hour group training sessions lead by one of our coaches from start to finish. During each training session members begin with a warm up. Following the warm up your coach will lead you into a variety of movements from weightlifting to bodyweight movements. Each class finishes with a conditioning portion. Programming varies in movements each day.
Private Training/Private Group Training
Personal training allows our coaches to build customized programming based on the individuals needs. Whether it is recovering/rehabilitating from an injury, a tight schedule, or it has been a while since you’ve been in the gym and you are ready to build from scratch, personal training is a perfect option for many.
OTL Nutrition is a 6 week custom meal plan designed to help re-focus how and what you eat in order to reach your specific goals. One of OTL’s Nutrition Coaches will work with you hand in hand during these 6 weeks to help hold you accountable and to answer questions along the way. Our goal is to help you learn what to eat, when to eat it, and create a healthy relationship with food along the way.
OTL Online Program
For those who are unable to make it to our physical location, we offer a 1 month, 3 day per week, online program that is designed around your equipment and your goals. During the month, you will have the ability to reach out to your coach if any questions are to come up during the training.
OTL Group Training is $275 every 4 weeks for unlimited classes Monday-Saturday.
Before starting group classes, a No Sweat Consultation (free of charge) and a 5-session private on-boarding program ($225) is required in order to safely introduce new members to training.
