Warm up

– 6 minutes: KB RDL x 8 + Goblet squat x 8 + KB Swings x 8 + 20s dead hang
Strength
1) 10 minutes: – 6 total reps: Barbell Squat + Step back R + Step back left = 1- SL RDL x 5/5- Broad jumps x 3>/3<

2) 5×3 deadlifts – rest as needed between sets
Work
4x:
– 20s ski sprint
– 12 V-ups
– 10 DB Thrusters 
– Rest 30s then back to ski

Remaining time: 
– Alt. DB Snatch x 6
– SA OH Step back lunges x 6/6
– Weighted sit ups x 12
