6 min: Lateral slider lunges x 5/5 + shin box waves x 10 + squat jump & land in squat x 6
Strength
3x: Barbell split lunge w/front foot elevated x 8/8 +speed skater to box jump x 3/3

4x: Front squats w/3s pause at bottom x 5 + Slider hamstring curls x 6/6 (slow and controlled)
