Warm up
– Guadalupe run 

– Couch stretch x 1m/1m

– Frog stretch x 2 minutes

– 5 minutes: Squats (Deep!) x 10 + slider pike x 10 + wtd arm circles x 12/10
Strength
15 minutes: 

– Bulgarian split squat x 10 (wtd) > Bulgarian split jump x 10 (un wtd). Repeat on other side

– Dual DB Single Leg RDL x 5/5

– 3 cone OH Carry w/DB Press x5 at each cone going > (15 total) THEN 3 cone dual DB 90 degree carry w/5 curls at each one going <

– Hanging knee tucks x 12
