1a. Bulgarian split squats x 5/5 + KB RDL x 10 + Band walks x 12/12
1b. Back squats: 2-2-2-2
OR
2a. Deficit push ups x 10 + Dual biceps curls x 12 + band pull apart x 15 
2b.. Bench press: 5 eccentric reps > 5 fast reps + Chin ups x 8 (wtd. If possible) + Supported row x 10/10
Work
12 minutes of work: 
– Dual KB Carry to metal shop and back
– 25 KB Swings
– 25 feet anchored sit ups
– 25 Goblet Squats
– 25 KB Biceps curls
