Strength
With a team of 3. Cones 10 steps apart)

1) 3000m Ski
– after each turn, plate push ><

2) 3000m Row
– After each turn, Goblet squats x 5 + Push up x 5 + v-ups x 5

3) 5000m Bike
– after each turn: Dual DB Press + OH Carry >< + 5 press when you return to first cone (10 total press)
