Warm Up
– 8 minutes: Blue awning run + Inch worm w/push up x 3 + weighted arm circles x 12/12
– 5 minutes: Alternating push ups x 8 + Side v-ups x 10/10 + superman pull downs x 12
15 minutes: 
– DB Alternating Bench Press x 12 
– Jumping slam ball slams x 8
– SL RDL w/foot on pad x 5/5
– Wide grip pull ups x 5-8
– Banded triceps extensions x 12
 
Work
Work in each section for 3 minutes. Rest no longer than 1 minute between each set: 

3 min: Dual DB Step ups
3 min: Ski
3 min: FLR Shoulder taps
3 min: Wall balls
3 min: backwards box push
