– Partner Guadalupe run x 3 + Partner ground to OH x 20 (split the reps) + 100 R. Twists (split the reps)
– 800m Ski + Front Squats (no rack) x 20 + split the reps and change wt as needed + 100 Push ups (split the reps)
– 1000m Row + KB Swings x 80 (split the reps) + 100 slam ball slams (split the reps)
