Tuesday
Warm up
– 1x: Lateral lunge holds x 4 + Forward lunge with knee rotations x 10 clockwise/10 counter clockwise

– 3x: BB RDL x 8 + Goblet squat x 10 

– 2 minutes max rep air squats 
Strength
Complex x 4 sets – Rest 90s between each

– Deadlifts x 5
– Hang power cleans x 5
– Hang cleans x 5

Then: 
– Front squats 3 x 5
Work
15 minutes of work: 

– 200M Ski
– Weighted alternating step ups x 12
– 200M Row
– Dual DB RDL x 8
– 400M Bike
– Dual DB at shoulders squats x 10
