– 2x: Prone scorpion x 4 + banded shoulder stretch x 20s/20s + lat stretch on wall x 20s

– 3x: Light DB Strict press x 12 + Dead hang x 25s + crab walks ><

The Ladders: All partner YGIG style

1-10 Push ups ladder
10-1 Pull up ladder
1-10 DB Biceps curl ladder
10-1 Barbell Seated press ladder 
1-10 Barbell Row ladder                
Work
Then: 

1) With your partner Ski max distance in 5 minutes
2) Max sit ups in 2 minutes (hold partners feet)
3) max burpees in 3 min. with YGIG as many reps per person at a time
