– 3x: Hip lifts x 5 + standing trunk rotations x 10 + Squat rotations x 4
Strength
– 2x: KB RDL x 15 + Band walks x 12/12

– 3x: Bulgarian split squat x 6/6 + banded kick backs x 10/10

– 3x: 10 DB Squats (at shoulders)+ 10 DB Jumping lunges + 10 DB Squat jumps (down by the sides)
Work
Complete 5 sets: 

Ski x 10 calories + 10 FFE JL + 10 DB Press (heavy and any way)
