Warm Up
2x: High knees >< + Hurdle Walks >< + Figure 4’s ><

3x: Inch worms x 5 reps + Side plank thread x 10/10 + Superman x 10 
Strength
1) Partner band side shuffle >< (Partner 1 goes down and back then switch). X 4 sets each. (cones 15 steps apart) 

2) 3x: Hanging weighted knee tuck (use DB or medball) x 10 reps, Hold last knee tuck x 10s + Plank position DB transfer x 12 total
Work
1) 8 sprints (>< = 1)
Coach tells each group when to go.

Then 
– 3x: DB Thrusters x 10 + Slider climbers x 30

Finisher:
– 3-5 minute FLR hold
