Strength
1) Backwards box push >< + KB Cleans x 5 > KB Snatch x 5 repeat on other hand + banded kneeling crunches x 12 
2) Front Rack/Suitcase carry R>/L< + Single arm DB Rows x 10/10 + copenhagen plank x 20s/20s
