– chest stretch on wall x 20s/20s + DB S2OH x 10 + active hang x 10s
Strength
– Bench press x 10-8-6-4- Pull ups x 6
– Single arm supported row x 10/10
– Back to wall biceps curls x 10

Then:
– Bench press: 3-2-1-1
Work
1) Max distance bike in 5 minutes

2) SA DB Press x 5/5 + Farmer carry >< + Ab rollouts w/3s pause at end range x 6 + Triceps pulls downs x 12
