Warm Up
Coach Blake’s Special Warm Up Sauce
Strength
DB Complex x 3. 1 min rest between each set

– DB DL x 5
– DB Hang Power Cleans x 5
– DB Press x 5
– DB Squats x 5

Then: 
8-10 minutes:
– Partner wheelbarrow (hold partners feet, partner walks on hands) ><
– Hanging knee tucks x 10 + 10s knee tuck hold
– Banded biceps curls x 30s
Work
12 minute partner workout: 

– Partner box push >< (Your partner sits on the box and you push ><. Each partner goes) 
– Plank position slam ball push x 30 total
– P1 Guadalupe Run while P2 Does plate ground to OH x 12 + OH hold until partner returns
