3x: Yoga push ups x 6 + band pull apart x 10 + lat lunge into forward lunge rotation x 6

Hands on wall lat stretch x 30s

Deadhang x 60s

Barbell FR squat hold x 60s
Strength
Choose your path
1. Hang power cleans: 8-6-5-5-5
or
2. BB Bench press: 10-8-8-6-6

Between sets: 8-10 pull ups + Wtd. Sit ups x 10 
Work
1) 2x as quickly as possible: 250M Ski + plate push >< 

Then:
10-12 minutes of work

– Underhand BB Row x 10 
– Box push ><
– Slider pike x 5 + body saw x 5
