– Blue awning run

– 5 minutes: Squat rotation x 4 + inch worms x 5 + Wide stance alt. Toe touch x 10

– 5 min: Barbell muscle cleans x 5 + Barbell strict press x 5 + Back squat x 5 + Front squats x 5
Strength
1. EMOM x 10 minutes: 
Minute 1:
– Barbell Jump overs
– Barbell RDL’s
– Jumping lunges

Minute 2:
– Barbell hang power cleans x 5
– Barbell Push Press x 5
– FLR until 50s 
Work
Remaining time: 

– 500m Row
– Backwards box push >< x 2
– Dual DB Ground to OH (any way) x 10
– Feet anchored sit ups x 15
