2. 3x: Yoga push ups x 5 + Dead hang x 20s + Goblet squats x 10 
Strength
4x: 

– Hang power clean x 5 > Front Squats x 5 (Start light and build up. No failure)

– DB Alternating curls x 12

– Superman pull downs x 12
