Warm up
3x: B.A.R+ Push up with toe touch x 6 + Squat rotation x 6

3x: Low cossack squat x 10 + Front to back leg swings x 10/10 
Strength
1. 3x: Single Leg RDL x 5/5 + Band walks x 12/12

2. Deadlift: 5-5-5-5 with 3 second down phase and double overhand grip. 
Between sets: 30s/30s side plank hold R/L (elbow or hand)
Work
45/15 x 4 (12-16 mins/3-4x)

– Plank up downs
– Alternating Box jump ups 
– Shuffle >< + Sprint ><
– Slam ball slams
