–  6 minutes: Dorsi flexion stretch x 20s/20s + standing straddle x 20s lateral lunge hold x 20s/20

– 20/10 squat/squat hold x 5
Strength
8 Minutes in each section:

– Dual KB Swing to squat x 6 + Dual front rack forward lunges x 10 + broad jumps x 5

– Farmer carry marching walks >< + Wide stance Dual KB Deadlifts x 8 + single leg slider curls x 6/6
Work
– 2000m Bike (individual)

Then, continuous work: 

– 20 weighted box step ups
– 25 feet anchored sit ups
– 15 slam ball slams
– 10 DB Thrusters
