Between sets of the complex: Face pulls x 8 + YTW’s x 5
Work
15 minutes: 

– 12/15 cal bike/row/ski
– Pull ups x 8-10 
– 3 cone 90 degree carry w/5 curls at each cone going down. No curls coming back
