Strength/Conditioning

– Weighted box step ups

– KB Swings (break up as needed, does not need to be 40s straight of swings)

– DB Hang power cleans
– DB Push press
– DB Squats

3) 40/20 x 3: 
– R. Twists
– Squat jumps
– Mt. climbers
