Warm up
– 2x: Lateral Lunges > Calf scoops < + Fig. 4 > + punter kicks<
 
– 8 min: Wide stance alt. toe touches x 10 (feet wide, reach to right foot, then left foot. Each side counts as a rep) + band pulls x 15 + HS Walk/kick up >
Strength
12-15 minutes:

– DB Floor press x 12
– Ab Rollouts x 10
– 3 cones: 4 curls at each cone going down, 90 degree hold between cones. On the way back, only a 90 degree hold
– Chin up w/3s down phase x 6
Work
With a partner, complete the following: 

– Guadalupe run x 2 (together at the same time)
– 100 Dual DB Walking lunges (you go, I go)
– 100 Push ups

– 1500m Row (1 at a time)
– Weighted box step ups x 60
– Plate ground to OH x 60

– 1000m Ski
– 12 wall walks
– 150 R. Twists
