Warm Up
– 5 min: Cross body band pulls (pecs) x 10/10 + Cross bosy band pulls (back) x 10/10 + dive bomber push ups x 5
– 5 min: 15 jumping jacks + yoga push ups x 5 + prone chest stretch x 4
– Prep benches/bars – bench press warm up: 10-8-6
Strength
5×4 Bench Press Week 2!

Between sets 1-3:

– DB Row x 10 
– Elbow plank band pulls x 10/10
– Hammer curl w/turn at top x 10 
Work
For 15 minutes, complete 2 sets of each and repeat until time expires.

– Bike x 16 calories
– Pull ups x 8
– Toes to bar x 8

– Ski x 150m
– Kneeling lateral raises x 10
– Kneeling alt. Press x 10

Then:

– 20/10 x 6 – alt (3 sets of each) 

– Push up/FLR

– V-ups/Hollow body hold
