Wednesday
Warm Up
– 1 minute squat sit

– 2x: Side to side leg swings x 10/10 + Front to back leg swings x 10/10 + Forward lunge hold x 30s/30s

– 5 minutes: 10 KBS + 10 Air squats + Scorpion (hips in the air) x 4
Strength
– 3x: Dual front rack step back lunges x 10 alt. + controlled, weighted single leg lowering x 5/5 + KB Squat jump x 5 > Squat jump (no wt) x 5 

– 4x: Front Squats x 5 + Partner hamstring curls x 8 + lightly weighted lateral lunges x 8 total 
Work
1) 30/20 Ski sprint x 4

2) Sprints ></>< x 5 total sets

3) Remaining time: 
– 30 mt. climbers. Every 10th rep, perform 5 push ups
– DB Lateral raises x 12
– FFE Jumping lunges x 12
