Strength
15 minutes: 
– 3 cone Dual DB OH Carry w/3 press any way at each cone (15 total)
– Weighted hanging knee tucks x 10
– DB Floor press x 10
– Slider pikes x 10 
Work
With a partner complete a 1500m Row

Then, Individually: 

3x:

– Plate push >< x 3
– Wall walk x 5
– Chin ups x 8
– rainbow slams x 10

Then: Begin a 2k ski, until your partner comes to help
