– 5 minutes: 2 cone slider pull/push w/10 mt. sliders at start and finish + 30s dead hang + 10 V-ups

– P Lot Run x 3
Strength
15 minutes: 

– Backwards box push ><
– Barbell push press x 8
– WTD. Alternating jumping lunges x 12
– Alternating push ups x 10 
Work
You go, I go: 

– Lateral box jump overs: 10 each until 80 reps are reached

– Calorie ski: 10 each until 80 cals are reached

– Thrusters: 10 each until 80 reps are reached

– Bike Calories: 10 each until 80 cals are reached

Finisher: 100 Russian Twists (individual)
