– 6 Minutes: Prone chest stretch x 4 + Deficit push ups x 8 + straight arm band pull downs x 10 + band pull apart x 15
Strength
– 6x Barbell bench press w/eccentric focus: 3s down, 1s pause above chest, press up.
– 12x Eccentric DB Curls: 4s down, immediately back up
– Single leg squat on box x 5/5 – Show control
– 8x: Eccentric leg drops from hanging position: 3s down phase
