2. 3x: Push ups x 10 + band pull apart x 12

3. 2x: arm circles x 12/12 + v ups x 12
Strength
1. BB Bench press w/5s eccentric: 6-6-6-6

2. 3x: 8-10 chin ups (weighted if possible) + Slider push ups x 5/5 + BB Curls x 12
Work
12-15 minutes of work: 
– Underhand BB row x 10
– Plate push >< x 2
– Slider tuck to Slider pike x 5 
– Ski 150 m

Finisher: 20/10 x 5: Barbell or DB strict press/OH Hold
