Warm up
1) 3x: Arm circles 20/20 + band pulls x 12 + hanging backwards shoulder circles x 10

2) 3x: A/B skips x >/< + v-ups x 12 + yoga push ups x 5
Strength
Running clock, at your own pace:

1) 4x: 30s of each: Alt DB floor press + Alt bent over DB rows + Alt DB Strict press

2) 3x: 1 min of each: Z-press + Barbell curls + Pull ups
