Warm up
3x: 6 pt. knee rotations x 10F/10B + weighted arm circles x 10f/10b + goblet squat x 10 

2 minute squat hold + stretch

3x: Barbell high pull x 5 + muscle clean x 5 + hang power clean x 5 + front squat x 5 
Strength/Conditioning
3 sets of each section. If time remaining, back to top for 1x of each. 

– Bike x 500m (damper 7) + Hang power cleans x 10 (break as needed)

– P Lot Run (back) x 2 + Front Squats x 10 (break as needed) 

– Ski x 300m + Barbell bent row x 10 + Side v-ups x 10/10 (break as needed)

– Row x 300m + Push Jerk x 10 (break as needed)
