With a partner: 

1) Tail pipe – diesel edition!
3 rds:
P1) Rows x 350m 
P2) Dual front rack hold- Rower stops if KB’s are put down

2) 3 rds: 
P1) Ski x 300m
P2) Farmer hold w/HEAVY DB’s- Ski stops if DB’s are put down

3) 3 rds:
P1) Performs 10 Barbell strict press then holds OH
P2) Plate push >< x 2 (starts once P1 has barbell OH after their 10 reps)
