3x: KB RDL x 10 + Wide stance goblet squat x 10 + Squat jump x 10 (no weight) 
 
Strength
1) Back squats: 10-10-10 (use rack) + band walks x 12/12 after each set

2) 3x: Bulgarian split squats (DB’s) x 8/8 + Banded GM x 12
Work
16 minutes: 
– Ski x 100m 
– Medball sit up + throw w/partner x 10 EACH
– Forward box push >< x 2 (close poles)
