Strength
1) 3x: Kickstand RDL x 8/8 + 12 step back lunges with barbell in front rack

2) 3x: Barbell squat jump x 10 + ab rollout x 10
Work
12-15 minutes:
– Slider pull/push with knee drive ><-
– KB Snatch x 5 + windmill x 3 – repeat on opposite side 
– Chin over bar hold x 15s

Then:

3x:
– Side plank dip x 30s
– FLR x 30s
– Side plank dip x 30s
