– 12 minutes: : FFE Bulgarian split squat x 10/10 (light) + staggered stance dual DB RDL x 8/8

– 10 minutes: Dual KB Front Rack squats: 3s down/3s pause/3s up x 6 + Side shuffle >< + Sprint ><
