– Standing banded kick backs (Band above knees, standing with hands on wall, kick leg back while keeping leg straight) x 12/12
– Partner HS hold/pike hold on box x 30s 
Work
Individual work x 12 minutes: 

– 2 Cone Dual DB OH Carry W/5 press at each cone (total of 15 press)
– Slider sprinters x 10R/10L (slider on one foot) 
– KB SL RDL x 5/5
– KB Squat jumps x 10 (light KB)

Finisher: Sprints >< x 5
