1) Guadalupe run (2 minute machine if dark/raining)

2) 2x:  Hurdle walks > + Inch worm < + Crab walk >

3) 2x: Cart wheels > + Lateral Lunge < + HS Walk or kick > 
Strength
With a team of 3, complete:

1) 3000m Ski – after each turn, plate push >< (Cones 10 steps apart)

2) 3000m Row – Goblet squats x 5 + Push up x 5 + v-ups x 5

3) 5000m Bike – after each turn: Dual DB Press x 5 + OH Carry >< + Dual DB Press x 5 (10 total press)
