– cone to cone dynamic/mobility 

– frog stretch x 2 minutes
Strength
– Wide stance Dual KB DL x 8
– Gorilla Rows x 12 
– Towel triceps pull downs x 12 

Then:

– Lunge RDL combo x 8
– Banded hip thrusts (no weight) x 12
– KB Squat jumps x 10
