2x: Barbell front squat x 10 + FS squat hold x :30
Strength
Complex x 4: Rest 90s between each set:

– Barbell jump overs x 16 total
– Hang power clean x 8
– Push Jerk x 8
Work
2-4-6-8-10-12-etc. x 12 minutes: 

– Lateral box jump overs
– Toes to bar
– Deficit push ups
– Pull ups
