– 2x: Step though with rotation x 4 + hip lifts x 8 + prone scorpion x 4

– 2x: Copenhagen plank x 20s/20s + standing halo x 12 alt. + wide stance hip lift to squat x 8
Strength
– DB Bear crawl Forward >/Backward < + Side to side quick hops (over and back = 1) x 20R/20L + curtsy squat x 12 alt. 

– Chin ups x 6-8 + 6 pt. Banded kick backs x 12/12 + Feet Elevated hip dips x 12/12
