– 3x: KB Swings x 10 + wall facing squats x 8 + step back lunge w/reach x 4/4 + Band pull apart x 15

Alternate between the following movements after your turn.

1) Barbell deadlift x 5 – Find a challenging weight
 
2) Pull ups x 8

3) Single arm DB shoulder to OH x 5/5 or 10/10 (5/5 for heavy or 10/10 for lighter)
