OTL Fitness will be closed for Memorial Day, but we encourage you to keep the tradition alive by getting outside and tackling Murph however you can — solo or with a team.

Modify as needed based on your fitness level and the equipment you have access to. Partner up, cut the reps, swap movements, or skip the vest — just get outside, move your body, and honor the meaning behind the day.
Most importantly, take a moment to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
