In honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and all who have served, we’ll be taking on the Memorial Day tradition known as Murph:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
All while wearing a weighted vest (if you choose).

How to Complete Murph:
– Go solo
– Partner up
– Form a team

Split the reps any way you want.

The purpose is simple: challenge yourself, remember the fallen, and support your community through effort and unity.
