– Slam ball slams x 10

1) As a team complete a 3k row (no more than 10 pulls per person)

2) Once the 3k is complete, INDIVIDUALLY each teammate completes:

– Dual DB Ground to OH (any way) x 10 
– 8 pull ups
– Dual DB Squats x 10
– Weighted sit ups x 10

As teammates finish they go to skierg and begin skiing a 3k. Other teammates join as they finish their work.
