Onboarding Process for New & Prospective Members

At OTL Fitness it is important that we uphold a standard of how we go about our training. Our goal is to not only provide the highest quality training, but also provide the best environment for our members. One of the ways we do this is by requiring a 3-day onboarding program, one of the days being a session with a class, for all new and potential members.

Get Started

The onboarding process includes the following

Day 1:

With a coach, you will: Take a tour of OTL Fitness and the tools used during training. Learn why OTL Fitness was created. Cover the OTL Training philosophies. Cover the OTL Standards and expectations for members and coaches. Discuss your current fitness level, fitness goals, current nutrition and the effects of nutrition on your goals. A body composition and before/after photos can be taken if client chooses.

Day 2:

Private/Semi-private (depending on group size) workout to test current fitness level and foundational movement abilities. This is required regardless of current fitness level. This workout can be scaled depending on current fitness level.

Day 3:

Workout in a class time that works for your schedule and is currently available. (You must be cleared by your coach before scheduling).

Pricing

Our onboarding program is $99. Once the onboarding process is complete, this purchase goes towards your first month’s payment.

Important information

During the onboarding process your coach will be evaluating the following:

  • Your current fitness ability. You don’t have to be in shape to train with us. Your coach will determine if coming into a class is safe for you at this time or if private training would be a better option until you are ready.
  • Your ability to take coaching cues, or as we call it, “being coachable”.
  • Your attitude towards training, the training environment, and your peers.
  • Your ability to be on time.

Please understand: We have the right to defer your training or recommend personal training.

You may be fully refunded only for the following reasons: Your coach determines OTL Fitness may not be the right fit for you at this time. If personal training is recommended by your coach and this is not an option that interest you.
