Personal Training at OTL Fitness is designed with your goals in mind first. We take our training seriously and expect our athletes to do the same.
The personal training option can be great for those who are:
- Looking for a program specifically geared to their goals and needs
- Coming back from an injury or rehabilitation and need specialized attention
- On a tight schedule and cannot come to one of the class times
- New to working out and need time to learn movements and exercises while getting back into shape
What to Expect
Personal training clients will be given the highest quality training possible. Their programs will be created around their goals and needs. Your coach will be there to not only guide you through your workouts, but to offer nutritional guidance and advice as well.
All personal training clients are required to show up on time for each session ready to begin training with their coach. All schedule changes must be made no less than 48 hours in advance. Client must cancel with a 48 hour notice. Any cancellation less than 48 hours will be charged as a session.
Pricing for personal training is as follows:
- Single client 8 Session Package (minimum requirement) – $560
- 2 Clients per session 8 Session Package (minimum requirement) – $720
- 3 Clients per session 8 Session Package (minimum requirement) – $840
