OTL’s indoor classes are 1-hour group training sessions lead by one of our coaches from start to finish. During each training session, you will perform a variety of exercises from weightlifting movements to improve your strength, to conditioning drills to increase your cardiovascular health and fitness.
Our training programs run in cycles with a goal in mind. These are not randomized daily workouts, but well planned training sessions in order to help you reach your goals as safely as possible.

Indoor Class Prerequisite
An onboarding session with one of our coaches will be required prior to beginning indoor classes.

Our unlimited monthly membership is $250/month. Or you can pay for 3 months up front for $660 — which is a $90 savings.
