This program is designed to improve all aspects of youth athletic development. We focus not on the needs of one sport but on the fundamental movements all sports require. We provide a setting that allows kids to explore their movement potential making them feel safe to try something new. When there is no fear of failure, kids attempt movements they haven’t done before with fun as their first priority. This freedom of movement allows for greater success and opportunity for growth in every aspect of life.
Coach Travis Goyeneche uses his years of expertise training high level athletes to give kids the skills they need in order to be successful in either sports or in day to day life. This class is not just a workout. Here, young athletes will learn teamwork, self discipline, and respect all through the fundamentals of something we all poses, movement.

This class works on a 5 week on, 2 week off schedule. There are 2 classes separated by age.
Ages 6–8 Years of Age from 8:00am – 8:55am
Ages: 9–13 Years of Age from 9:05am – 10am
The cost of this 5 week course is $100 ($20 per class). If you want to pay one class at a time, a $25 online payment can be made the day of class.
