Tuesday Workout (9_8_2020).

Warm up

  • 1x: Pigeon x 90s/90s + Seated Straddle Stretch x 1 min + Supine scorpion x 4

  • Prone Chest Stretch x 4

  • Arm circles x 20F/20B/20OHF/20OHB

  • Body rock x 3 min.

Strength

1) 3x:

  • 30s HS Hold

  • Side plank hold x 45s/45s

  • 5 pull ups at slow temp

2) 4x:

  • Weighted push ups w/3s down phase x 5-8 reps

  • Ab roll outs or body saws x 10

3)

  • With remaining time: DB or BB Bench or Dynamax ball press x 10 - rest 90s and repeat.

Work

12 Min.

  • 1 min. Bike/Row/Ski/Run (no jogging)

  • SA KB Swings x 8/8

  • Wall walk x 4

  • Pistol squat x 5/5

Then

5 minute FLR. Every 30 seconds 3 push ups.
